Welcome to AWRA HIJABS online terms and conditions. We encourage our customers to read through the stated terms before placing an order. By using this website/or placing an order, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and are therefore bound in agreement. Our terms can be changed at any time without notice. It it therefore the customers responsibility to make sure it has been read through carefully. The Terms and conditions can be altered at any time by AWRA HIJABS.

All photography and content featured on this website, are all intellectual property that is owned, controlled or licensed by/to AWRA HIJABS. This website is solely for your personal use and not for commercial use. It is prohibited for any content on this website to be used for other than personal and non-commercial purposes without prior written permission by AWRA HIJABS. Legal action will be taken against anyone who replicates or uses any material from AWRA HIJABS.

AWRA HIJABS aims to display and present images of each product in the exact fashion in which they appear in real life. Due to every screen monitors settings, the colours may therefore differ slightly, or in some cases, greatly, in appearance. AWRA HIJABS can not therefore be held responsible or guarantee or ensure the item will be the exact same colour as shown by your monitors settings. Great care has been taken to ensure that each scarf has been accurately measured, photographed and described. 

All order placed at AWRA HIJABS are dealt with separately and can not be combined with another order once it has been placed.

No payment details are held by AWRA HIJABS.

If the item you have purchased is out of stock, you will be notified by AWRA HIJABS via email provided at checkout and offered an exchange or refund. If AWRA HIJABS fails to receive a response within 24hours, we will refund the item. If you are purchasing more than 1 item, the remaining items will be dispatched and the out of stock item(s) will be refunded to your account via your original payment method. Payments made in other currencies other than GBP can not be refunded by AWRA HIJABS.

AWRA HIJABS will ask for photographic evidence when customers have recieved a damaged/faulty/wrong item.

Customers who conduct themselves in a rude manner, will not be dealt with by AWRA HIJABS. We will always be happy to help and solve issues that any customers may have. Rude behaviour will not be tolerated by the team.

AWRA HIJABS is not in control of delivery times. Once orders have been dispatched, they are in control of the courier used only. We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time.

We use Royal Mail/ParcelForce/FedEx/UPS to deliver orders unless otherwise requested by the customer, we are happy to use other services. The cost will need to be covered by the customer.

We are not responsilble for orders not reaching the destination if correct addresses are not provided by the customer.

Delayed orders in the post will be dealt with by AWRA HIJABS. However, we will wait 10 days before taking action incase the goods are delivered before this time period.

Customers who fail to reply to emails regarding their orders, AWRA HIJABS holds the right to make a decision regarding their order after 48 hours of no response. This includes situations regarding refunds or exchanges.

Terms and conditions for AWRA HIJABS still apply to customers who have been issued invoices. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they read and comply to these terms before making a payment.

AWRA HIJABS offers 7 working days for refunds or exchanges. Customers who exceed the time limit given and request a refund will not be given a refund/exchange. Each customer is legally bound to AWRA HIJABS terms and conditions when making a payment and are therefore accepting/understanding our 7 working day refund policy. It is the customers responsibility to read our refund policy before making a purchase.

AWRA HIJABS reserves the right to amend model numbers at any given time. It is the customers responsibilty to make sure they are happy with the description of the item before ordering. 

Any parcels returned to our offices due to an incomplete/incorrect address, the cost of postage we need to be covered by the customer.

Customers are not eligible for refunds for returned orders to our offices. By purchasing from AWRA HIJABS, buyers are automatically agreeing to these conditions.

AWRA HIJABS will only refund via the original method of payment.
